  • During the scoping session, I will learn about your business goals, target audience, and competitors to understand your unique brand positioning and define branding needs.

  • This is where we’ll outline the brand's strategy for marketing and positioning itself to its audience. It includes identifying the brand's foundations, conducting competitor analysis research, defining the target audience, establishing positioning, creative direction, and more.

Client process

  • step 1

    Discovery Call

Let's kick things off with a friendly chat! After you fill out the Enquiry form, we'll hop on a free 20-minute discovery call to get to know your brand and explore how I can best support your vision. We'll sketch out the basics – what you need, when you need it, and what budget we're working with - all in a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. It's just us getting acquainted and dreaming up possibilities before any official paperwork comes into play.

  • step 2

    Project Proposal

Based on our initial chat, I'll whip up a custom proposal just for you. This'll typically include a few options – think bronze, silver, and gold packages - so you can choose what fits best. Each option will lay out the project timeline, what you'll get, and the costs involved. It's all about giving you the flexibility to pick the perfect plan for your needs and budget.

  • step 3

    Signed & Sealed

Once you've picked your preferred package, I'll send over the essentials: our SOW, contract, a detailed questionnaire, and an invoice for a 50% deposit. I'll also guide you through creating a project mood board, complete with examples to inspire you. Your project officially kicks off on our agreed start date as soon as I receive the signed contract and deposit. It's that simple – we're ready to bring your vision to life!

  • step 4

    Delivery & Handover

Once we've got your seal of approval on all deliverables, I'll send over the final invoice for the remaining project fee. As soon as that's settled, you'll receive a neatly organized folder with all your shiny new assets, ready to go. Then it's your time to shine – implement your fresh designs and watch your brand make waves in your industry!

    Research & Discovery

Armed with your brief and mood board, I'll dive into some serious detective work – analyzing your vision, scoping out the market, and getting to know your audience inside out. This deep dive uncovers golden nuggets of insight that'll shape our entire design direction, ensuring we create something that's not just visually stunning, but strategically sound.

    Design Direction

Based on my research, I'll whip up at least two distinct design directions that nail your brief. These will typically include sample logos, color palettes, and typography, all wrapped up in a cohesive style. I'll walk you through these options and then send over the presentation deck, making it easy for you to mull things over and share your thoughts.

    Initial Ideas

Once you've picked your favorite design direction, I'll unleash a creative storm, sketching out dozens (maybe even hundreds!) of initial logo ideas. It's all about quantity at this stage - we're casting a wide net to catch those hidden gems. Then, we'll sift through the pile together, polishing up the standout concepts until we strike gold with your perfect logo.

    Idea Development

Taking the best sketches from our brainstorming session, I'll roll up my sleeves and start refining. This is where the magic happens - I'll pick the cream of the crop and really flesh it out. We're talking colors, typography, patterns - the works. It's all about taking that initial spark and turning it into a full-blown design inferno that perfectly captures your brand's essence.

    Design Presentation

Once the design work is polished to perfection, I'll craft a detailed presentation that walks you through every design decision and the thinking behind it. To bring it all to life, I'll wrap up with some industry-specific mockups. This way, you'll get a crystal-clear picture of how your new design will look in action, right in your own business world.

    Final or Feedback

After you've had a couple of days to digest everything, you'll shoot me an email with your thoughts. If there's any tweaking needed, I'll address your feedback point by point. Depending on the extent of changes, we might have another presentation or two. We'll keep refining until you're absolutely thrilled with each deliverable and ready to give it the green light.
